Q: Can I take the VITALITY Brush in the shower?
A: NO, it is a “Dry” Brush. To maintain your dry brush, please do not take it in the shower. It is for DRY brushing only. We included a free bonus gift with your purchase - a pair of exfoliating gloves which are the perfect WET compliment to your dry brushing.
Q: What is the best way to dry body brush?
A: We included a brochure with instructions in your box and have attached the VITALITY Dry Brushing & Detox Guide. There is also access to a “How To Dry Body Brush Video” in the Guide.
Q: Does the brush head fit firmly on the handle? Will it slip off easily?
A: No, the brush head and the strap are designed perfectly for your hand with a very comfortable feel, and when you attach the curved handle for reaching your back, it will stay firmly attached.
Q: How stiff are the bristles and how hard should I brush?
A: The bristles are designed to give you a vigorous dry brushing session without applying hard pressure. Be very gentle, especially if you are new to dry body brushing. You can always increase the pressure to get the stimulation you desire.
Q: When my brush arrived, some of the bristles got bent in shipping, what should I do?
A: Just dampen the bristles with some water, towel dry and hang it in a warm place. The bristles will dry to their original form.
Q: There are some bristles falling out. Is this normal?
A: Yes, the natural bristle brush may shed a few bristles at first.
